Question 1: I don't have the time to manage my business let alone manage a website...how can an AgentGear website possibly work for me? In addition, when posting listings, our "Smart Display" technology only shows information that you want shown, making it possible for you to enter a small amount of information for any listing to save time. AgentGear's easy contact tracking system will capture prospect's information automatically and allow you to keep in touch with them anytime through email communication directly from the site. When you want to announce an "Open House", quickly add it to your AgentGear Calendar of Events and then send a quick E-Mail blast to your prospects...AgentGear saves you time and allows you to focus on the areas of your business that need your attention. Question 2 : I have a friend that build websites...why shouldn't I just get it done "on the cheap"? While you may be able to get a website built inexpensively, AgentGear is competitively priced with any developer at only $99.99 per month with a setup fee of only $250.00! Our designers can quickly adapt one of our templates to suit your needs and corporate colours making this just about the fastest and cheapest way to get a website built and posted online. In addition to our low pricing, the AgentGear system was built by web development professionals that have designed tools and systems that make it easy to manage. AgentGear is a powerful tool for you the Agent and contains the things you need most. Your small fee gives you access to a system worth far more than your investment...and any improvements to the system made over time are instantly available to you and your web customers. Question 3 : I already have a website, what can AgentGear do for me? Can I keep my existing design if I convert to AgentGear? While you may already have a website, it may not contain the tools and capabilities of the AgentGear system. While we do provide templates for you to choose from when creating an AgentGear site, it may be possible to take your existing website and incorporate it into the AgentGear system, allowing you to keep the same look and feel and to leverage the investment placed in your current website. If your current site doesn't have an automated listings manager, automated contact information capture and electronic messaging and more, contact us to discuss the feasibility of moving your current site into the AgentGear platform. Question 4 : I have no expertise in managing a website, can AgentGear help? ABSOLUTELY! With AgentGear's easy to use Agent Management Console, all you need is an Internet Connection and a web browser to get going! If you can browse the web, you can create and manage an AgentGear website. After our initial tutorial, you'll be operational right away. You will be able to add new web pages, change content on your site, post new listings, and communicate with prospects...get started by signing up today... Question 5 : It takes me hours to post my listing in MLS, can I avoid doing the same thing in AgentGear all over again? With AgentGear's intuitive Listings Manager you can easily post your listings on to your website with as little or as much information as you want. If you don't want to enter all of the details about your listing, simply enter only what you need to get your prospects interested and publish the listing.
